[COMPLEX FOR UITM - MALAYSIA]

PROJECT: Proposed Development of Integrated Education, Residential & Commercial Complex for Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), Shah Alam.

The vision is to create a new iconic center for the community, an ideal community space of learning, working and living, that will bring an impact social-economic to the vicinity. Hence, the project will be an innovative, mixed - uses development.

The Proposed redevelopment would be consisting of six major components which are a new International Business School to accommodate about 3000 students, range offices, three star hotel, a convention center and a central commercial retail precinct.

The first steps of the project was started by a collaboration with Jas Saleh Architect & ASSA Ventures Sdn Bhd as the project developer.
